10 Hottest Cell Phones of All Time. Numbers 10 and 9.
The polls are closed, the votes are in. I am glad to proudly present the 10 hottest cell phones of all time. I solicited the help of you wonder full readers in “I need your help”. The feed back was great and I am now to present to you my purely subjective list! LOL! Some of the things I looked at were overall impact on the cell phone industry as a whole. The cool factor. Demand and market saturation, and my personal opinion.
I am going to break this cell phone list up over the next 5 days so I won’t have one super long post, also to add suspense, and lastly, to buy time to find the next story! So without further delay the 10 Hottest Cell Phones of All Time, number 10
Number 10 - Motorola StarTAC
This phone released in 1996 was the very first flip phone. Rank 6 on PC Worlds 2005 The 50 Greatest Gadgets of the Past 50 Years. List it is hard not to give this iconic cell phone its proper respect. When this phone was released, it was the smallest phone on the market and was very popular for several years. Another little known fact, this was the first phone to feature the often underused vibrate feature!
Number 9- Motorola i860 for Nextel
The Motorola i860 was the first cell phone on the IDEN network that featured a camera phone. This phone is probably my favorite one for the Nextel/ IDEN network line of phones. It also features multi media messenging, the highly coveted walkie-talkie feature and a GPS feature that allows you to be found if you get lost in the woods on a camping trip.
